ZB Embroidery Designs is an online platform based in India that provides digital machine embroidery design downloads, custom embroidery digitizing services, and customer support. Our products are delivered digitally and available to customers worldwide.

All embroidery designs sold are digital products — no physical items will be shipped. We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions; however, actual embroidery results may vary depending on machine, thread type, fabric, stabilizer, hoop size, and machine settings.

Once an order is successfully placed, a confirmation is generated and purchased files become available for download. All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes or fees may be added at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store complete payment card information. Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Customers are responsible for downloading files, keeping backups, and selecting the correct embroidery format.

All content on ZB Embroidery Designs is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws — including embroidery designs, stitch files, product images, graphics, logos, website content, and digital downloads. Ownership remains exclusively with ZB Embroidery Designs. Purchasing a design grants only a limited personal-use license as described in our License Policy.

For custom digitizing orders, customers must provide artwork they own or have permission to use. Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted artwork does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. ZB Embroidery Designs reserves the right to refuse projects that violate applicable laws or rights.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate information
• Protecting your password and login credentials
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZB Embroidery Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, embroidery files, or inability to access products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.
