Ownership of all embroidery designs remains with ZB Embroidery Designs.
- Download the purchased embroidery design files
- Use the design for personal embroidery projects
- Store the files on your personal computer or embroidery machine
- Stitch the design for personal and non-commercial purposes

The following activities are strictly prohibited under this license agreement.
Commercial Use Not Allowed
You may NOT use our embroidery designs for any commercial purpose. This includes but is not limited to:
- Selling embroidered products
- Selling garments containing our embroidery designs
- Selling embroidered gifts
- Selling embroidered accessories
- Producing products for customers
- Using designs for business or commercial production
File Sharing Not Allowed
You may NOT share or distribute purchased files in any form. Each purchase is licensed only to the original purchaser.
- Share embroidery files with friends or family
- Upload files to social media or websites
- Upload files to forums or cloud-sharing platforms
- Distribute purchased files in any form
Resale Not Allowed
You may NOT resell or transfer ownership of purchased embroidery files:
- Resell or redistribute embroidery files
- Offer embroidery files for free download
- Include embroidery files in bundles
- Sell embroidery files on marketplaces
- Transfer ownership of embroidery files
Modification Not Allowed
The embroidery designs must remain exactly as provided. You may NOT:
- Modify or edit embroidery designs
- Alter stitch patterns
- Create derivative works
- Convert designs into new products
- Claim modified versions as your own work
Violations may result in legal action
Copyright Protection
All embroidery designs available on ZB Embroidery Designs are copyrighted property. Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, modification, or commercial use is a violation of this license agreement and intellectual property law.
Violations may result in:
- License termination
- Removal of account access
- Legal action where applicable
Digital Products, Refunds
& Violations
Digital Product Policy
All products sold on ZB Embroidery Designs are digital products. No physical items will be shipped. Customers are responsible for ensuring the selected embroidery format is compatible with their embroidery machine before purchasing.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once an embroidery design has been downloaded, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided except where required by applicable law.
License Violations
Any violation of this license agreement will result in immediate termination of the granted license. Users who violate these terms may lose access to future purchases and services.
